Radian Arc and OnePlay Launch Cloud PC for Telcos – Delivering Affordable High-Performance Computing Across India and Beyond
Perth, Australia / Mumbai, India – September 29, 2025 – Radian Arc, a global leader in Cloud GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS), and OnePlay, a leading cloud gaming platform now expanding into Cloud PC, have announced a strategic partnership to bring a new Cloud PC product to market, targeted at Radian Arc’s global network of 80+ telecommunications partners, with a special focus on India.
This new Cloud PC solution delivers affordable, high-performance computing to consumers worldwide, bridging both emerging and developed markets alike by streaming a full desktop experience from the edge, eliminating the need for expensive local hardware. Through tight integration with Chromebook OEMs, and by bundling a keyboard and mouse with Telco-provided Set-Top Boxes (STBs), the partnership empowers every household to access premium computing experiences including education, productivity, content creation, and gaming – all from the comfort of their living room.

OnePlay has partnered with Primebook to bring its Cloud PC platform to affordable laptops designed for students and professionals. This partnership makes Primebook devices Cloud PC–ready, enabling users to access full desktop computing power from the cloud. It also opens the door for future hardware and Cloud PC bundles in the Indian market, creating new opportunities for telcos and device makers to deliver cost-effective productivity solutions.
