Radian Arc and OnePlay Partner to Bring Your Library of Games to Any Device via the Cloud
MUMBAI, India – September 22, 2022 – Cloud infrastructure provider Radian Arc today announced a partnership with cloud gaming platform OnePlay to streamline the delivery of games on personal devices and improve OnePlay’s decentralized OneCloud Network. Radian Arc will utilize its proprietary GPU Edge infrastructure to process data as close to the end user as possible, optimizing OnePlay’s performance and eliminating the need for expensive gaming hardware.
OnePlay provides a cloud-based solution that lets anyone with a 15-20mbps internet speed and a 4G connection stream games on their personal devices. Users can bring games to the platform from any digital storefronts, including Steam, Epic Games Store, UPlay, and more. OnePlay also gives users the ability to play cooperatively with others, livestream games, and communicate with other users directly. This subscription-based service costs a fraction of what players often spend on a gaming console or high-end gaming PC.
Radian Arc’s edge computing technology allows OnePlay to offer a lower latency, 4K native gaming experience across Windows PC, Mac OS, Android-based TVs, and mobile devices. Radian Arc and OnePlay will offer cloud gaming solutions to telecommunications companies to leverage their 5G or fiber networks, allowing existing telco customers to add cloud gaming to their service packages or new customers to enroll in cloud gaming services directly.
