Submer Acquires Radian Arc to Complete Full-Stack AI Infrastructure — From Core to Telco Edge
Submer Technologies S.L. today announced the acquisition of Radian Arc Limited’s operating business, bringing together Submer’s AI-ready data center infrastructure with Radian Arc’s carrier-embedded GPU edge computing platform.
Built on ten years of liquid cooling leadership, Submer has evolved into a full-stack AI data center provider fully accountable from chip to operation. The acquisition of Radian Arc marks the next step in that evolution, adding a proven, sovereign telco-focused cloud platform to Submer’s infrastructure stack.
Following completion, Radian Arc will form the driving force behind InferX, a Submer company purpose-built to deliver high-performance, inference-optimised AI compute and AI-as-a-Service. InferX will combine Submer’s infrastructure capabilities with Radian Arc’s orchestration and telco deployment platform to deliver scalable AI workloads closer to users, enterprises, and regulated environments.
Radian Arc enters the transaction with a platform already deployed across 70+ telco and edge compute operators globally, supporting cloud gaming and AI workloads inside carrier networks.
The combination delivers immediate benefits across both customer bases:
- For Submer customers: a proven carrier-grade edge orchestration layer and GPU services that extend AI and HPC workloads into telecom networks, enabling lower latency, improved utilization, and faster inference deployment.
- For Radian Arc customers: access to Submer’s industrialized infrastructure capability supporting higher-density compute and faster scaling for AI and cloud gaming.
Submer’s full-stack AI data center capability now includes:
- Cloud business unit: a complete dual-plane cloud offering through InferX (NVIDIA Cloud Partner) and Radian Arc’s sovereign telco-focused platform.
- Design and build capability: turnkey modular AI data centers.
- IT and cooling capabilities: deep liquid cooling expertise, GPU cluster design, installation, and management.
- Land and power portfolio: 5GW+ pipeline across the UK, USA, India, and the Middle East.
