Radian Arc and Lumin8 Join Forces to Accelerate Cloud Gaming, Cloud PC, and AI Growth
Together, the companies unite cutting-edge GPU edge innovation and commercialization expertise to deliver next-generation digital experiences and sovereign AI infrastructure – starting with TrueID GameHub, Thailand’s largest cloud-gaming launch.
Perth, Australia and Bangkok, Thailand, October 21, 2025 Radian Arc, a global leader in GPU edge infrastructure and AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS), has entered into a strategic partnership with Lumin8, a Thailand-based GTM consultancy and full-service marketing and AI agency specializing in strategic advisory, product design, and commercialization. The partnership establishes Lumin8 as a regional reseller and market development partner for Radian Arc’s suite of advanced edge-computing products, including GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS), Cloud Gaming and Gaming Bundles, Cloud PC, AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) and Bandwidth on Demand (BoD).
Through this collaboration, Radian Arc and Lumin8 will deliver edge-based compute, gaming, and AI solutions in partnership with leading technology providers Blacknut, OnePlay, Submer Technologies and ActivePort – bridging infrastructure innovation with digital market execution across Southeast Asia and Africa.

The partnership has already achieved its first major milestone with the launch of TrueID GameHub, announced last week as Thailand’s largest GPU-powered cloud gaming platform jointly delivered by Radian Arc, Lumin8, Blacknut, and TrueID. The service enables TrueID users to instantly stream and play hundreds of premium PC and console-quality games on mobile devices, smart TVs, and PCs- bundled seamlessly with TrueID’s data plans. This launch also marks the beginning of Radian Arc’s AI Sovereign Infrastructure expansion, starting in Thailand and extending to additional Southeast Asian markets.

These deployments will provide sovereign AI compute capacity for governments, enterprises, and developers – enabling local control, reduced latency, and greater digital sovereignty.
This partnership forms a key pillar in Radian Arc’s broader Southeast Asia expansion strategy, which includes successful GPU edge deployments in India, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, while also extending the company’s reach into emerging African markets. Together with Lumin8, Radian Arc is building the foundation for a distributed, high-performance computing network across developing digital economies in both regions.
